Psychokinesis is the broad term for effects of mind on matter. Telekinesis refers to moving objects. Sensus practice in this area includes psi wheels, cups, needles, metal utensils and other everyday materials.

IN PRACTICE

What does practice involve?

01

Psi wheels and cups

Simple, lightweight objects make small movements easy to observe. Their surroundings and the way they are supported are part of the setup.

02

Metal and magnetisation

Exercises may involve spoons, forks, needles or other metals, with close attention to what changes and how.

03

Comparing conditions

Air movement, warmth, vibration and contact can affect objects. Considering these conditions makes the observation more informative.
