PRIVACY

Your information, handled with care.

Who to contact

Kinder Tomorrow, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: alex@sensusinstitute.org. Sensus uses this operator and contact for its website and member records.

Accounts and training records

MySensus uses Supabase for authentication and durable account records. Your name, approximate location, participation claims, verification decisions and commitment acceptances support your training record and membership. Your private membership evidence and review decisions are available to you and authorised Sensus reviewers, not other visitors. The assigned Organiser can see the name, submitted dates, relevant notes and attendance or facilitation details needed to verify records for their own training. Being a Trainer alone does not give access to another person’s private records. Booking, payment and cancellation conversations take place directly with the organiser, outside MySensus. Earlier inquiries and replies remain restricted historical records. Signup does not grant alumni status or teaching authority.

Website feedback

You can give feedback without signing in. Sensus reviews every original submission, its category, the page path and any contact information you choose to include. Feedback is not publicly posted and does not automatically change the website. Please use the separate concern route for sensitive matters.

Concerns by email

The concern page explains how to email Sensus. Your sending address and message are handled through the receiving mailbox and email providers; this is not anonymous reporting. Keep the first message limited and agree how to share sensitive evidence if needed. Concerns are separate from ordinary website feedback and are not published automatically. This is an internal contact route, not an independent or emergency service. Contact Sensus about access, correction or retention of your message.

Account help and closure

Email Sensus to discuss changing your account email or closing your account. We check your identity and agree the necessary actions, any handover and particular records that need to be retained. Earlier requests and plans remain restricted correspondence. Contact Sensus about the outcome or retained information.

Service providers and security

The connected website uses Sites hosting and Supabase for accounts and records. Your browser stores the sign-in session needed to keep you signed in; sign out on shared devices. There are no advertising trackers in this application. Providers may keep operational security logs. The feedback endpoint uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit spam; it does not put your IP address into the feedback record.

Email and linked services

Resend delivers account emails without open or click tracking. Optional training-location emails require a separate choice in MySensus and include an unsubscribe link. Turning these updates off does not stop essential account emails. An email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Your address, message and any attachments are then handled by the receiving service to respond to you. External trainer, booking and community websites have their own privacy notices.

Newsletters

Sensus uses Resend to keep its newsletter subscriber list and send newsletters from a separate news.sensusinstitute.org domain. Newsletter open and link-click tracking is enabled in Resend to help us understand how newsletters are read. These reports can be affected by email privacy features and automated link checks. Newsletter subscription is separate from your MySensus account and training-location email choice. You can unsubscribe from newsletters using their unsubscribe link; this does not close your account or stop essential account emails. Contact Sensus about your newsletter record.

Profiles, photographs and records

These pages contain selected public biographies and training records. Private account addresses and supporting evidence are not part of the public directory. To request a correction or discuss use of your image, contact us with the page link and the change requested.

Requests about your information

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. We may need to verify a request and consider any necessary record-retention obligations. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable channel and a need for them have been agreed.

Trainer profiles and contact details

Approved trainers may publish an offering with their chosen description, practice areas, session formats, languages, session locations, prices and chosen contact or booking details. The offering description is public only while the offering and profile are visible and the applicable approval remains valid. Chosen trainer and organiser email addresses, phone numbers and booking links require MySensus sign-in. This also applies to contact details shared through Institute trainer biographies. Login email addresses are never substituted automatically. Private approval reasons and attendance evidence are not part of the public directory. Contact and booking arrangements are directly with the trainer.

Visibility and keeping records

Full member profiles are hidden by default. Active, unheld network members have a minimum map display of first name, Sensus designation and chosen approximate region. A first name and region are not guaranteed anonymity. Optional full profiles may show the person’s name and introduction. A member’s chosen contact details require a visible full profile, a separate sharing choice and sign-in by the person viewing them. Hiding the full profile or withdrawing sharing prevents contact access. Account and participation records are kept to support membership and training history; feedback is kept for Sensus review and follow-up. Messages sent to Sensus are kept in the Google Workspace mailbox; necessary supporting documents and important decisions are kept in restricted Sensus records. Resolved routine correspondence and declined or withdrawn applications are reviewed after 12 months. This is a review point, not automatic deletion. Records still needed are retained for a documented reason and reviewed again; sensitive concerns are assessed individually. Contact Sensus about access, correction, closure or deletion. Necessary historical or security records may require separate consideration. Training interest is never inferred from your profile location.
